By accessing or using SportsPred, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

SportsPred is an informational and entertainment platform that provides data-driven football predictions powered by statistical models. We are not a licensed betting operator and do not accept wagers or process betting transactions of any kind. All betting activities take place on third-party platforms that are independently licensed and regulated. Nothing on SportsPred constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to place any specific bet.

All predictions, tips, confidence scores, and expected value calculations provided by SportsPred are outputs of mathematical models (Elo ratings, Poisson distribution, and weighted combiners). They are not guarantees of any outcome. Football is inherently unpredictable — past model accuracy does not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SportsPred. Sports betting may be illegal in your jurisdiction — you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before using this service. By accessing SportsPred, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

SportsPred offers paid subscription plans (Premium and Pro) with the following terms:

• Billing cycle — subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Billing is processed via Paystack.
• Automatic renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period.
• Refund policy — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@sportspred.ng.
• Plan changes — upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Price changes — we reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price change affects your plan.

SportsPred grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our predictions for commercial use without written permission
• Use automated tools or bots to access our platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our prediction models or algorithms
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription
• Use our platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription tier restrictions through technical means

All content on SportsPred — including prediction models, algorithms, design, text, and data visualisations — is the intellectual property of SportsPred and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

SportsPred shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of our predictions or platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for premium services in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, inaccurate predictions, or third-party platform decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
